Michael has worked in the broader security industry for most of the last 20 years in many international contexts. He is a former military officer, a Cyber instructor and Python Developer for EUROPOL. He has worked extensively in the financial sector, advising mainstream banks and the UK and Ireland with respect to their cyber security practices and posture. He has also worked for Lockheed Martin and Forcepoint, and has trained the militaries of other countries in Cyber Security and Capture the Flag events.
He is a senior consultant for Secure Impact, with responsibility for the touchpoints between the company and its strategic partners and clients. He also creates online content.
Michael enjoys the Electric Guitar and Hard Rock Music from the 1980s.
