We are pleased to join the BVCA, the UK's industry body and public policy advocate for the private equity and venture capital industry.
The BVCA's mission is 'to connect all of the internal components of the private equity and venture capital industry - investors, fund managers, entrepreneurs and companies, advisers and service providers - to each other, and to represent their interests to government, parliamentarians, officials and regulators, the media, other sections of the business community and society at large. We seek to improve the efficiency of the sector, individually and collectively, by widening access to it and awareness of it, to assist personal and professional development through training programmes and to produce research publications of value recognised both within the industry and beyond it.'
We are excited to be part of this community, and to partner with BVCA members to explore their cyber security risk queries in today’s increasingly digital world. To learn more about how cyber security can be leveraged throughout the investment lifecycle for true commercial impact, you can read our blog, 'The cyber security checklist for private equity executives'.
'As part of our ongoing work in the private equity and venture capital sector, it was important for us to join the UK's leading industry body. We look forward to engaging with members, adding value, and increasing awareness of the role that cyber security plays in protecting investments against cyber threats and ultimate portfolio value erosion.' Giorgia Cacace, General Manager.
