Infosecurity Europe 2022 – the highlights!

After 3 years, Infosecurity Europe was back last week, taking place at the Excel Centre in London.

We were thrilled to exhibit alongside a number of other new and innovative cyber companies in the discovery zone. OSINT specialist, Mike Wallis, ran a demo on our stand to demonstrate just how much data we could passively collect from just the public Wi-Fi network at the conference. The results were certainly eye-opening, and you can read more about the results in this blog! Talking about this with attendees, it became clear that not many realised how much personal data could be shared via Wi-Fi on your phone, even when you're not connected, and how this could be used by a hostile actor. If you'd like to know more about how to better protect your business' data, please contact our defensive security team.

We also found that our pop-up banner, how to get security completely wrong, very much resonated with security professionals and CISOs at the show. We’ve listened to experienced security leaders in the industry, and we know that cyber security services are becoming more commoditised and generic, with a lack of business focused actionable insights. We take a different approach, focusing on business results and empowering your team, and if you’d like to discuss our services in more detail please contact us today.

Thank you to everyone who visited us over the three days - we had a huge range of interesting conversations and it was wonderful to meet face to face with new friends and old! SI General Manager, Giorgia Cacace, also caught up with the conference reporter, and you can watch the interview below!
