Project Manager (Remote)

About you

  • Exceptional  communication skills, with the ability to thrive as the bridge between customers and team.
  • 3+ years experience working in a Project Manager role or similar.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or small business environment a plus.
  • Well versed in foundational project management techniques encompassing resource, time, team and work management.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 etc. are NOT a requirement, but considered a plus.

What the job involves

  • This role is all about keeping the project and project teams organised, ensuring transparency through clear and timely communication.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and related reports.
  • Monitoring progress, making and communicating adjustments as needed.
  • Providing accurate and thorough information and project status across all stakeholders, keeping objectives clear, and team accountability high.
  • Proactively identifying and anticipating risks and roadblocks far enough in advance to address them before they become a serious issue.
  • Working with external clients and stakeholders to manage complex projects with well-defined milestones and deadlines.
  • Working with the teams to break projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes.
  • Scheduling and running meetings and recording decisions (e.g. learnings, assigned tasks and next steps).

Level and salary

Salary range: £35-45k.

Experience level: Mid (3-4 years)
